Welcome to My Yard Cleaner LLC. By scheduling a service, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
My Yard Cleaner LLC provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services, including recurring cleanups, one-time cleanups, yard sanitizing, deodorizing, and related services within our designated service areas. Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, and scheduling.
2. Scheduling
Customers may schedule recurring or one-time services through our website, phone, or other approved communication methods. While we strive to arrive on your scheduled service day, arrival times are not guaranteed. Routes and schedules may occasionally change due to weather, holidays, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the service area. Before each visit, customers agree to:
- Unlock any gates required for access.
- Secure all pets indoors or in a separate area.
- Remove any hazards that may interfere with safe service.
If our technician cannot safely access the property, the visit may be skipped and may still be subject to the regular service charge.
4. Weather Policy
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to complete missed services as soon as possible.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate contact and billing information, notify us of changes to gate codes, access instructions, or pets, and inform us of known hazards on the property. Failure to provide safe working conditions may result in cancellation or suspension of service.
6. Payments
Payment is due according to the billing schedule selected at signup. By providing payment information, you authorize My Yard Cleaner LLC to charge the applicable service fees. Late or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of service, processing fees where permitted by law, or collection efforts if necessary.
7. Cancellations
Recurring service may be canceled at any time unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. Customers should provide advance notice before their next scheduled service to avoid being charged for an upcoming visit. One-time appointments canceled with little notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you believe your service was not completed properly, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled visit. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, return to correct the service at no additional charge.
9. Limitation of Liability
My Yard Cleaner LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing property conditions, hidden obstacles beneath grass, snow, leaves, or landscaping, or delays caused by weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
10. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of My Yard Cleaner LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Users agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any revisions become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
